However, we do not guarantee that service descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, or other information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Quotes, Estimates & Scheduling

Any pricing or estimate provided through the Site, by phone, or by email is an estimate only, based on the information available at the time, and is subject to confirmation following an on-site inspection
Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of your garage door system, parts required, or additional issues identified during service
Submitting a request through our “Book Now” form or by phone is a request for an appointment and does not guarantee a specific date or time; we will contact you to confirm scheduling
Completion times may vary depending on the availability of replacement parts, manufacturer lead times, weather conditions, or other factors outside our reasonable control
We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel a service request at our discretion, including where a property falls outside our service area or where a safety concern is identified

4. Appointments, Cancellations & Payment

Please provide accurate and current contact and property information so that we can properly schedule and perform your Service
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible; late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a trip or cancellation charge, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking or confirmation
Payment is due upon completion of Service unless otherwise agreed with us in writing; accepted payment methods will be confirmed with you at the time of service
The specific written quote, invoice, or service agreement you receive at the time of service will govern the scope, pricing, and any applicable warranty for that Service, and will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms

5. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the garage door and surrounding work area. We may postpone or decline service if unsafe working conditions exist. Whenever possible, customers should remove vehicles, stored items, and other obstructions from the work area before the scheduled appointment to allow our technicians to perform the Service safely and efficiently.

6. Emergency Service

We may offer emergency service outside of our standard business hours, subject to technician availability, weather conditions, safety considerations, and service location. While we make reasonable efforts to respond promptly to emergency requests, we cannot guarantee a specific response time, and emergency service may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated to you before service begins.

7. Warranties

Any warranty covering parts or labor for a completed Service will be as specifically described in your invoice or service agreement provided at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties for replacement parts, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer's own terms and conditions. Except for any warranty expressly stated in writing to you, our Services and the Site are provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, supply or parts shortages, labor disruptions, utility outages, governmental actions, or other similar events.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, website design and layout, illustrations, service descriptions, the Loka’s Garage Repair name and mascot, and related branding — are owned by or licensed to Loka’s Garage Repair and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customer reviews and testimonials reflect the individual experiences of the customers who submitted them and do not guarantee that you will have a similar experience or results.

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP,” or reply “HELP” for assistance. Consenting to receive text messages is never required as a condition of purchasing our Services.

13. Disclaimers

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. 15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Loka's Garage Repair and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective as of the date they are posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Severability & Waiver
