"My spring snapped at 7am on a workday. Loka's had a real person answer, a tech at my house by 10am, and the door working perfectly by lunch. The price they quoted on the phone was the price I paid — nothing added. I've already recommended them to two neighbors."

Spring broke on a Sunday night and they still came out first thing Monday morning. Quick quote, fair price, door works like new.

Replaced our old opener with a quieter model. Technician explained everything before starting and cleaned up after. Would call again.

Got same-day service after my door came off track. Friendly on the phone, on time, and didn't try to upsell me on parts I didn't need.

New home purchase came with an old garage door — they walked me through repair vs replace and didn't pressure either way. Went with repair, saved money.
